Payment Policy
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

 

Make sure you provide your exact billing address and telephone number (the address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you). Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.

 

We also accept personal checks, company checks, cashier's checks and money orders. But this is a little more involved. First, place an online order, then print a copy of your shopping cart and mail it with your check or money order to:

We process your order within a business day after we receive your money order or cashier's check. Please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds.

 

Shipping Policy

We offer FREE ground shipping on orders of $75 or more within the Continental US (Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).  We use USPS, FedEx and UPS Air and Ground for shipping. The charges are a set rate for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.  See shipping and handling rates below.

Your order will ship within the next business day and should arrive at your door in 7-10 business days, unless you decide to speed up shipping. Speeding up the shipping will only speed up the shipping; your order will still be processed within the next business day. We do not process orders on Saturday or Sunday. We'll send you an email to let you know when everything shipped.

Nobody likes reading rules, so we'll be brief:

  • All orders are subject to verification. We like to make sure that you are the one actually using your credit card.
  • Your shipping address must be in the United States of America. We are currently working to extend ordering to Canada.
  • Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
  • We cannot ship to APO or FPO addresses. You might want to ship to a friend or relative who can then forward your stuff.
  • Next Day and 2nd Day shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

 Return Policy

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, call us and we will take care of it.

 

While we hope you're overjoyed with your purchase from Allsop.com, sometimes it just doesn't work out. So, as long as you have your original receipt you can return an item within 90 days of purchase for a full refund minus shipping. We'll cover the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error, otherwise we require that you pay to send the product back to us.

 

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

 

  • Any item that's returned more than 90 days after purchase.
  • Any item that's not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts.
  • Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
  • A product that was purchased some where other than Allsop.com.

Not to sound all official, but sometimes we gotta do what we gotta do. So, if you believe the normal use of an Allsop product has damaged the product it was designed to work with, let us know. If appropriate we may require you to ship the damaged hardware to us (we will provide a Return Authorization if this is necessary). If it is deemed that our product damaged your hardware and we can’t fix it, we’ll replace it and refund your shipping costs.
