We do not process orders on Saturday or Sunday. We’ll send you an email to let you know when everything shipped.

  • All orders are subject to verification. 
  • Your shipping address must be in the United States of America. 
  • Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
  • We cannot ship to APO or FPO addresses. 
  • 2nd Day shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

FREQUENTLY ASKED SHIPPING QUESTIONS

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders ship the next business day and tracking information is usually available shortly after.

Example: Orders placed on Monday ship on Tuesday.

  • All orders are subject to inventory availability and order verification. Please make sure to provide accurate billing and contact information to facilitate the order verification process.
  • Orders placed on Fri/Sat/Sun ship on Monday.
  • Orders placed on holidays are shipped the next business day.
WHAT SHIPPING CARRIER DO YOU USE?

Allsop orders ship via UPS. Parts orders ship via USPS from our Bellingham office.

IF I SELECT 2-DAY SHIPPING WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All orders are shipped the next business day after they are placed. Please see the 2-day shipping example below.

Monday – Order placed with 2-day shipping selected

Tuesday – Order picked up by UPS

Wednesday – Transit

Thursday – Delivery

*2nd Day shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

SIGNATURES UPON DELIVERY

Some packages may require signature upon delivery. This is sometimes at the request of Allsop and sometimes a UPS decision, and it is always made in order to protect the consumer from theft.

Specific instructions can be left with UPS through their customer service center. Delivery changes made with the carrier are made at the customer’s risk, as no investigations or claims will be allowed when the customer chooses to alter delivery instructions.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At this time we only ship within the United States. Many international customers choose to use a freight forwarder to receive products outside the U.S.

Some of our products are sold by third parties in other countries in online marketplaces such as Amazon.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

Our warehouse is in Laramie, WY and this is where your package will begin its journey.

PRODUCT RETURNS

While we hope you’re overjoyed with your purchase from Allsop, sometimes it just doesn’t work out. If you have purchased from us directly, and have your order number and original packaging, you can return an item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus shipping. Return shipping costs, packaging, and labels are the responsibility of the consumer.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

  • Items that are more than 30 days past purchase date
  • Items that are not in original condition with original packaging
  • Products that are damaged or missing parts
  • Any product missing the serial number or UPC
  • Products not purchased directly from Allsop. Please note that we are happy to assist with troubleshooting.

If you have an item that meets the return criteria – please contact us within one month of purchase, and we will issue a RMA number. Please do not send back items without a RMA number. Returns without RMA numbers cannot be processed.
